Connie grew up in Berlin NJ and attended Eastern Regional High school.  She graduated from Drexel University, Philadelphia, in 1989 with a BS in marketing.  Her background is in lube/oil sales for Mobil Oil Corp. and she is the previous owner/founder of local coffee house  - Cape May Coffee Co.  Connie moved to the Point in the summer of 1998 and lives here with her husband Mike and daughter Taylor--age 7   Connie serves as the Borough Clerk, Registrar of Vital Statistics, Assessment Search Officer, Elections Officer, COAH Fair Housing Officer and Water/ Sewer Clerk. As per statute, Connie is designated the custodian of records for our municipality. If you should need copies of Borough maintained records for any of our offices, copies of marriage, death or birth certificates and or licenses, copies of minutes or agendas for borough meetings or need to make water/sewer payments have questions on fair/affordable housing in Cape May Point, need to register to vote or have any questions pertaining to these topics contact her at 884-8468 between 9 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday.   Connie has achieved the designation of Registered Municipal Clerk and Certified Municipal Clerk. She is currently the Treasurer of the Cape May County Municipal Clerk's Association. Connie has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
