Background

Joe is a native of Baltimore, MD and a Loyola graduate.  He enlisted in the Air Force in 1959 and was honorably discharged in 1963.

He worked for a Management Consultant firm for 18 years.  His specialty was Management Information Systems and Data Processing.  He retired from Social Security Administration (HHS) after 20 years.  His job was mainly "main frame" solutions, network management and became heavily involved in PCs in 1985, mainly in hardware, network management, administration and implementation.

Joe retired from Social Security Administration and move to Cape May Point in October, 2000.  Since then, he has taken over maintaining the web page, served on the Planning Board and has taken over the codification on the borough ordinances
