Paper- Newspapers with inserts, magazines, office paper, junk mail, telephone books
Glass, Food and Beverage Containers- clear, green, and brown bottles, excluding "window glass"
Metal Food and Beverage Containers-aluminum, bi-metal and steel food and beverage aerosol cans
Plastic Bottles and Jugs- imprinted with PETEI or HDPE2. Exclude Hazardous Products
 
Curbside pick-up by Cape May Point Public Works:
Leaves, grass and yard debris (smaller than a pinkie and compostable) materials can be combined and must be placed in brown paper bags. Brown paper bags can be purchased at a local hardware store or you can stop by the public works building and pick up our free bags for your use. Branches and Brush cut in to 4-feet lengths must be bundled together with twine and weigh under 40 pounds and be left at curbside.
 
Christmas Trees are picked up in January as needed.
 
Homeowner is responsible to recycle the following at the CMCMUA Landfill Complex listed below:
Brush & Tree Branches over 4-feet long ~
Stumps .
Ferrous and non-Ferrous Scrap
Electronic Waste
Hazardous Materials- Motor Oil, Kerosine, Used Oil Filters, Paint, Solvents Tires
